Many may decide on taking on the challenge - in the hopes of reaping the benefits - of a safe weight loss program. However, not all who undertake that steep and difficult road to dieting and a safe weight loss program have followed through the weight loss course and succeeded. Aside from the fact that not everyone has the same threshold of tolerance as far as dieting and physical exercises are concerned, some weight loss programs can and do have effects on the physical as well as the psychological well-being of the person without him or her even knowing it. Thus, safe weight loss programs may have adverse or negative effects on a person if these are not properly given or administered by a health instructor or nutritionist or it is not well followed through by the person.</description>
